My journey in photography began unexpectedly, thanks to one of the most important people in my life: my best friend. She was getting married and, convinced that I had a “good eye” with my phone, insisted that I should be her wedding photographer. I had no professional experience, I hadn’t even considered it. I refused at first, afraid something would go wrong — but her persistence, along with my husband’s support, pushed me to take a step that changed my life.

My husband encouraged me to reach out to a photographer friend in Mexico City. We traveled there so he could give me a basic course and gear recommendations: a camera, lenses, flashes—everything essential to get started. I came back home with a mission: practice, complete assignments, and return a month later to show my progress. It was during that process that I discovered this wasn’t just a temporary task—it was the beginning of a true passion.

Today, my heart is fully in the world of Quinceañeras. I didn’t have the chance to celebrate the fifteenth birthday I once dreamed of as a girl, but now, I get to celebrate that stage of life through each of my clients. I live every event as if it were my own, taking care of every detail, every emotion, every memory.
